NJ Shellfish Leasing Dataset and Versioned Editing
Description
Publication of Shellfish Leasing Dataset and Implementation of mulit-user versioned editing. Data should be published via AGO. Weekly updates will be amde to NJ Shellfish Leases and Lessees and should b consumed by NJEMS.

Update from porgram via Kim Springer today… the shellfish leasing database in GIS will be able to link and update NJEMS. All edits to the database will be made in GIS. NJEMS will only be used to produce letters, correspondence and for payments of lease fees. The team consists of Jeff Normant, Craig Tomlin, Alissa Wilson, and Ricky DiVaccaro.
GIS side done. NJEMS component is still to be done but requires Shellfish getting into NJEMS. This goes hand in hand with a rework of business processes (Schuester and Gentile) dating back to Maritn years. This will treat work more like projects.
