Problem Statement
The Food Waste Recycling Rule Data Collection RSP Service was developed under Work Plan 197, however, there were several out of scope requirements determined during UAT that the program area said they needed to have addressed prior to rollout. Therefore, a separate work plan is needed for the design/development/testing of these enhancements.
