Dunning Letters
Description
An enhancement for Assessments & Billing is needed to include a copy of the Dunning Letters in NJEMS/PEGA when Invoices are issued
Project Justification
Six hundred seventy one 2nd and 3rd Notices were issued for a total of $2,906,250.81 in March of 2023.
A recent audit concluded the current process is insufficient to comply with State Circular No: 13-11-OMB and that the Dunning Letters have to be included in the system with the invoice.
