DOH/DEP RTK Data [output] Merge
Description
Consolidate DEP and DOH RTK data into one user-friendly platform which the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs), and first responders can access to look up NJ facilities as well as obtain, query, filter and export EPCRA facility lists with information needed to oversee and ensure compliance with each subject facility’s need to develop and maintain off-site Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) as required by EPCRA. Note that the primary customers are the LEPCs and the SERC who need to know which facilities must have a plan. SERC would additionally like to know a history of when a site did or did not trigger the need for an ERP.
Project Justification
DRAFT:
Executive order 284 of January 2022 clarified the regional nature of LEPCs and led to their subsequent re-organization. With new organizations identified, there is renewed emphasis on ensuring the required Emergency Response Plan (ERPs) for each subject facility by each LEPC within its jurisdiction. Direct access by LEPCs (and SERC) to current info, at any time, about the status (subject or not) of all facilities within any jurisdiction, whether tracked by DOH or DEP, will speed up and improve oversight of the required planning.

Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] [JIRA] (IPTD-321) DOH/DEP RTK Data Merge
Mike,
I just heard back from Phyllis today and see below for her response.
Chris, the application is ready to be security scanned and stress tested. Please review in Integration. It is scheduled for deployment this afternoon to System Test and once that’s done I’ll request the re-scan and stress test.
You’ll need to go in through the MyNJ integration portal (https://stokes.nj.gov/portal/Desktop). From there you’ll see a menu item for Community Right to Know (TomEE). If you don’t see that you’ll need to ask the portal team to add it to your account. The application will only work when logged in to the portal.
Also, she emailed OIT today, to have them rescan the application.
Chris
As per Mitzi Oct 23, 2023: August 10th was last update from Chris. Nothing after that.
Counties have tested, but not yet live. EM has a question of when this will get published.
