LSRP applications online
Description
The project will use the configurable Facility Submittal Service (FSS) which will soon be enabled for payment with submission, landing submissions directly in NJEMS, for the online application for Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs).
Project Justification
This project represents savings in DEP time/resources while improving the process for customers. The moderate number of annual applications places the priority lower than some other paper/email workflows. However, the project may represent a prime opportunity to pilot an early SimpliGov workflow within SRP/Enforcement Policy.

This is still waiting resources. Since it will be done by BIS as an FSS it will be done by Scott’s team. Scott’s team is overloaded and cannot take it on until we clear out some other projects. I would say to check back in with me and Scott in July.

Is there an estimated complete date for use by applicants and current LSRPs?
Is there a date for testing the applications to make sure they work correctly and successfully including the payment ?

12/14/23, this project is still pending but in que for when the billing enhancement is completed
Meeting 5/30/23 - Jim, Michele, Mike McCormack, Joe E. and Knute. Consensus is to go with latest FSS which is being enhanced to handle online payment with submission. Likely not needed until May 2024. DOIT will support online payment setup. Nita and Victor will put this item on their list of pending flows to FSS. Michele to advise Joe when payment upgrade is ready.
