Revamp RMW [Generators] annual reporting service

Problem Statement
The issuance of the annual registration fees is very labor intensive and costly as is the subsequent data management. Only 13% of the ~17,000 generatrors have teh date we need to manage them.
Project Justification
We are dealing with a growing number of invoices and reports and a shrinking staff – we need a better system that is less expensive in terms of personnel and other costs which provides better data.
