SimpliGov - EEO Case Management system w/online complaint form
Description
This project will develop a system that will capture a complaint digitally and route it for appropriate review and processing, including added records to be stored with each case through to resolution. SimpliGov will be evaluated for fitness to the process. Initial attachments include current complaint form and tracking spreadsheet info (headers only).
The Program would also like to be able to pull reports from the data (ex. How many cases were substantiated, how many concerned each of the protected categories, how many were in each program area, etc).
Project Justification
A secure and automated system would speed resolution of sensitive issues and save limited resources in its administration.
