Remote work environment and digital signatures with valid certificates
Description
Digital signatures with valid certificates cannot be used in our current remote work environment configuration (CITRIX and GoToMyPC). The GlobalSign key fobs that were purchased last year do not work when staff access NJEMS remotely to sign a NJEMS document.

Project Justification
Many DEP programs were looking at DLRP as a model for digital signatures-benefits would be Department-wide. There are no formal plans for DEP staff to return to the DEP buildings to perform there work. Since remote work will continue into our future, a Department-wide solution should be discussed.
