Transition use of Intranet Quorum (IQ) to Indigov for constituent management
Description
Need to navigate the Governor's office transition of constituent service software.
Problem Statement
Governor's office has chosen to transition from IQ software to Indigov software to manage constituent relations and issues. DEP will need to ensure access and support to designated staff, starting with Deputy Chief of staff. Transition expected June 2024
Project Justification
Need to be aware of and respond to issues routed to DEP from Gov's office without interruption.
