The Bureau of Field Operations requested this tool to assist there field personnel assigned to perform deed notice inspections to provide them with a GIS enhanced means of targeting facilities at which to perform deed notice inspections based on the inspection to be conducted date and proximity of facilities. This will allow them to best utilize their staff’s time and effort when performing these inspections.

This project is being completed by the Bureau of Information Systems (BIS) GIS Unit and the documented evidence to support this project was the lack of a means to prioritize deed notice inspections using GIS prior to this.

CSRR is developing this layer internally and anticipates completing project within 3 months.
