Problem Statement
For succession planning purposes, the ESA Element needs to have multiple staff knowledgeable, trained and experienced in the configuration, set up, operation and maintenance of the NJEMS supporting processors. We need CGI to develop and deliver this training to staff to be designated as back up administrators of these processors.
Project Justification
Needed for succession planning and system long-term sustainability and operation.
