Project aims to produce a complete file of all municipal contacts collected from the web regularly using Python script. DEP’s process used to employ letters sent to each municipality asking for a single form to be sent back to keep our records of contacts up to date. That moved to phone calls, and now LGA is scraping local web pages. A possible future development could include publication of the list with update dates and sources for others to reference or to be hosted or taken over by the League of Municipalities.
