NJPACT- new service for permit registration
Description
New rules associated with Protecting Against Climate Threats (PACT)-Commissioner's priority will require many of LU's current permit by rule to register with the DEP. A new RSP service will be required to support this rule requirement.

New rules associated with Protecting Against Climate Threats (PACT)-Commissioner's priority will require many of LU's current permit by rule to register with the DEP. A new RSP service will be required to support this rule requirement.
Estimated Transactions
Currently there is no reporting so statistics are unavailable. However, LU averages 270 applicability determinations per year-most of which are determination that a PBR is ok. LU anticipates possibly double this amount.
