Need to procure, configure enfoTech cloud hosting services for their EN Suite platform that is being used for multiple Water Resource Management application, including the migration of the Lead & Copper Rule program system and the School/Child Care Lead Test Reporting system from E2 to EN Suite

Project Justification

The EN Suite platform was used for many WRM priority projects. Having the application hosted by enfoTech will provide additional stability and require less DEP resources to maintain
