Allowing online payments will improve customer service while also expediting collections of debts.

Project has been completed - this required creating appropriate assessments/bills in NJEMS Development, having Nightly Cycle run so VCL numbers got assigned, then paying online with the Pay a Paper Invoice service in RSP Dev, once that test proved successful the software was moved to Preproduction, I then needed to create appropriate assessments/bills in NJEMS Preproduction, have Nightly Cycle run so VCL numbers got assigned, then pay online with the Pay a Paper Invoice service in RSP Preproduction, since that test proved successful the software was moved to Production – see attached e-mail for details.
Priority is low - there have only been 21 settlements in 21 years - and of this number very few would have wanted to pay online - however the project has values since it makes things easier for customer, we get paid quicker, and we do not have to deal with phone calls/e-mails from customers trying to pay online and not understanding why they are getting an error message.
