Design or purchase an off the shelf recruitment software that will allow M&B to increase efficiency and visibility around recruiting and onboarding to help achieve the priority of a talented, diverse and retained workforce
Project Justification
The Division of Human Resources needs a way to track job applicants for all job postings. This would include job posting advertisement, allowing applicants to upload resumes, interview scheduling, diversity and inclusion functionality to track those metrics, AI to screen resumes and the possibility of a "blind" recruitment process.

Proceeding with purchase of JazzHR with a waiver of custom agreement. All other documentation is still needed as per OIT.
Jazz demo (June 22nd) was positive and is already purchased by Education who is rolling out this fall. Need to piggyback on their approval/purchase. Knute to confer with Jim M. on the path to a purchase modelled on Education. Holly working to confirm Jazz as management’s preference.
