Fish And Wildlife check accounting update
Description
This project would evaluate the current and expected future use cases for the paper check logging and would consider updates or replacement .
Project Justification
F&W accepts paper checks and needs a method and system for tracking these physical transactions to the proper deposit.

Rich Hyjack has been supporting a need for new users, then an Edge conflict stopped logins. Program is seeking a more permanent solution that is user friendly.
As of February meeting with Kim, the program is satisfied that current system is working. They acknowledge it has faced some issues and Rich H. has had to troubleshoot them. However, the perspective is that this is not a high program priority. The rank (AP-4 as of this writing) rests on perceptions that DOIT has advised getting this addressed due to its lack of stability and inability of Rich to significantly support it.
Note attached email from Rich Hyjack where he states:
I’d really like to convert this into something else, as the server and the technology currently being used are very old. I’m wondering if SimpliGov could be used?There is no IT Project sheet because the program would be happy if this simply keeps working.
