Offshore resources sand prioritization identification and planning model

Description

Background: Jeff Waldner of BOEM (Bureau of Ocean Energy Management) came to us (NJGWS) in order to come up with a tool that ranks multiple factors that will give you an offshore suitability model of where potential sand resources could be using ArcGIS Pro.
Incidents: With the big increase in offshore dredging and limited resources to pull from, this tool could potentially help those who are looking for other areas with better quality sand. Goals:
• An efficient tool that gives you a suitability layer output from your input data
• A detailed report highlighting the reasons for this project including a background, the study area and its significance, the model parameters and how we used them, A tool guide for others to use as a reference.
• A web tool for dep users to use as well as external use ie: other state agencies, government workers, etc.

We already have existing GIS data polygons including shoals, multiple bathymetry metrics, underground offshore cables, prime fishing areas, and want to create a GIS tool to refine and automate the process.
