EJ Update - Report Building, Refinement, and Posting Process Revisions

EJ report refinement, development, and posting.
Suggested Changes:
When the Environment Justice Impact Statement (EJIS) comes into the NJEMS Attachment List, it triggers the Bulletin. which it’s all about stressors. The stressors go across different Program areas. This change would y require getting a Program Lead identified for each kind of stressor category so they can be notified systematically. Air currently does the majority of reviewing of the EJIS. A referral should go out to the designated contacts in all of the applicable program areas and it should be able to be tracked. This change requires introducing new tasks, which effects how the Bulletin functions.

Needed to implement process improvements in the overall EJ letter creation process.

Imran has finalized Status Report. Bulletin Posting is in draft form and Ken Ratzman is reviewing.
1/9 Meeting Update:
Bulletin report needs to be redone.
Individual reports from the programs go to Veronica Macklin in Communications to consolidate who then sends to Rich to post. Jillian in Air will send to Veronica.
Kens folks to meet with Mike Matsko to go over the BO Reports and Tableau Dashboards once the new tasks/etc. are in NJEMS and Dave has drafted the reports that are desired.
