Problem Statement

Need to develop an updated version of the present internal version of DocMiner to provide internal users/staff a tool to search HighView content with intuitive and concise GUI/tools in lieu of having to rant access to the the HighView application itself

Project Justification

Will enable internal staff easy, intuitive interface/tools to access DEP's digitized content in HighView

Unknown - new application, so will monitor transaction count
