Problem Statement
The present NJEMS Testing Issue Tracker was built in PowerBuilder. It needs to be modernized to Pega or other platform to remain useable for all NJEMS testing events.
Project Justification
This Issue Tracker is used for all NJEMS/OPRATS UATs. It was bult in PowerBuilder which is no longer supported by DOIT. The tracker need to remain active and viable for continued use, and therefore needs to be modernized.
