DOIT will undertake the modernization of the legacy Issue Tracker application used across projects to manage and track issues during project sprint reviews. The effort will focus on developing a proof of concept (POC), replicating the existing functionality of the current tracker while leveraging the capabilities of the modernized NJEMS platform.

CGI will do a one day JAD with DOIT to discuss needs and transition plan from Issue Tracker to the new tool (possibly Pega Application). As part of this initiative, CGI will also produce a detailed design memorandum documenting the proposed solution architecture, system design, and integration approach for implementing the issue tracker within NJEMS. The POC and design memo will collectively demonstrate the feasibility of transitioning from the legacy application to a scalable, modern solution that improves issue tracking, enhances collaboration, and provides greater visibility for project teams.
