Make UST Registration an RSP based service
Description
SRP needs an RSP Online service for UST Registration (Initial & Modification; NOTE Renewal & Modification are similar this can probably be combined).
Project Justification
The UST Registration System was originally built in eNJEMS. Changes to the UST registration requirements made the eNJEMS process unusable. The Registration process needs to be brought into an RSP service
Activity
Show:
Online service rolled out in soft rollout on 3/23/2023, and then fully on 2/15/2024. Mandatory use is 12/2/2024.
Nightly cycle was also modified to new UST Certificated and email them out making the UST Program virtually paperless.
Online UST Registration Implementation
Test build deployed in JEMR 11/16-
Test and get it deployed to Prod, turned OFF.
Test service in prod at Test PI and verify, up to billing.
Test four service types
Test emails are firing and correct
Test tasks are coming in.
Test overfill conversion was completed.
Test migration is creating activities or updating correctly.
Test NJEMS build- being forward and setting effective.
UST staff starts to enter Business Entity IDs in new Contacts section.
Business Entity ID cut is taken and sent to Treasury for Verification.
Business Entity IDs back from Treasury are made into a load file for DMU and loaded.
UST instructions finalized.
UST instructions approved.
Web site changes drafted.
Web site changes approved.
Listserv Drafted.
Listserv approved.
Outreach to Owner/Operators to set up DEPOnline accounts.
Training Video recorded – note in video that release date will be announced in a listserv.
Training Video posted?
Incorporate UST changes to B\L email body or make new email code for UST B/L changes (for BCAIN).
Coordinate Release Date with DOIT.
DOIT Turns service on the morning of the agreed upon date.
Confirm Services are on, and display.
Post Instructions with Web updates.
Confirm changes are showing.
Send listserv announcing the availability of UST services.
Finalize Paper UST FCQ changes.
Post updated FCQ.
Can be done at any time:
Update ‘Help’ links in all UST pages if absent or outdated.
Create Hybrid Certification letterbuilder template and PDF.
