Moved this project schedule to be immediately after full NJEMS modernization completion, along with all of the WQ WRM priority projects
Draft design received 11/12/2024 and under review by DEP (draft design email with attached design is attached to this record attached)
DOIT/WRM/CGI are coordinating the pulling of the scope related to the upcoming Well Wizard WRM Priority work from the on-going NJEMS Modernization Milestone 11 development effort and undertaking that effort in the forthcoming CGI work plan specific for the well wizard work plan.
It will be important that DOIT/WRM/CGI closely coordinate the 2 efforts to ensure that they are on consistent paths and seamlessly integrated. See attached email for more detail on the coordination effort.
OMB didn’t sign off on procurement package prior to quote date expiring. Upon getting new quotes, an additional 1% increase occurred. The latest quote is attached. This also means that the procurement package that was submitted contains an outdated quote because the package was submitted prior to the Dell 1% increase.
Procurement package sent to B&F on 1/29/24.
SOW Part 2 procurement package containing projects IPTD 81 - Modernization of Well Permitting Review Wizards, NJPDES Updates for Sewage Overflows and Contingency funds have been sent to Division’s finance lead for processing. They have been alerted to the urgency to move this through as fast as possible due to the multiple agency reviews/signatures that are required.
ARInspect SOW (Part 2) - attached - sent to T-3121 Resellers for quotes on 12/20/2023. Part 2 SOW is for
8/24/2023 CGI Estimate $437,540 - $503,171 (see attached)
7/6 still waiting in estimates. CGI speaking to Carrollton about possibility of getting on T-3121 contract. Waiting for info on Well Wizards – was sent. We did purchase EMD (Data model and data structure…DSKMTB table) and JTap (RSP) through CGI. NJEMS is now on Pega so can’t we access CGI like Carrolton.
Met with CGI and Mike Schumacher to go over his requiremetns. Attached Word documents were sent to CGI after the meeting to assist with estimating the costs of his requirements.
Sent to CGI for High-level estimate for JAD/Design/Dev/UAT/Rollout
CGI requested meeting scheduled for 6/21/23 for CGI to learn more about the programs requested needs. After this meeting, CGI should be able to provide cost estimate to DOIT.
Met with group on 7/27/22. We will begin developing a project IT sheet. In general this project seems to require the complete redesign of existing NJEMS windows into PEGA. There isn’t a critical deadline to have this project done as a result of new law or rule change. Just want the data flow process to operate more efficiently with checks and balances. Will get you more details with project IT sheet in coming weeks. Understanding from program is they are to wait until DOIT is ready to begin developing brand new Well Permitting components of NJEMS into Pega.
