Working with program and CGI to get latest cut of their data for conversion

Glenn working with CGI on getting their Permit Document (LetterBuilder document) completed for the first 4 of the 7 MWW permits. However, since this is happening under support, it is languishing. I told Glenn to ask CGI what’s remaining to complete the LB documents, and then see if Sam Njuki could take it over and complete them. Once these are completed and tested, final NJEMS data load and production rollout can occur.

Step 1 – Complete Work in Development

• Glenn to review reference tables

  • Local Names

• CGI to migrate new cut of data to Dev – Julie to provide today

• Re-test 4 initial Letter Builder templates

  • Glenn to verify updated templates are in Templates folder – should be based on email chain below

  • Glenn and CGI to assist with initial testing

Step 2 – Test in JEMR

• Data migration

• Test LB templates

• Test NJEMS build (already deployed)

Step 3 – Deploy to Production

• BMW does not need to use until ready
