O dashboard do billing está contando as tenants em duplicidade quando a tenant faz parte de algum rateio.
05 - EXPECTED BEHAVIOR (LIST THE EXPECTED BEHAVIORS TO CONSIDER THIS BUG AS DONE):
- Os dashboards da tela principal do billing devem considerar tenants unicas.
- Atualmente está considerando numero de tenants por billing account, mostrando um total superior ao que temos.
