Give possibility to defined users (emails) that will be capable of viewing shared link.

Only selected users will be capable of opening link.

If user does not have account in our system then we will send them link with invite.

Link should be accessible only for verified accounts and after logging in.

Possible next steps:

• Preview link - for Jira users
• External User Avatar
• Comment added by External User with Verified mark (with avatar)
• Audit data / logs (who opened page. IP, data, external user id if present)
• External user activity (comments, attachements, page open)
