Allow users to create shared link to Scrum and Kanban boards.

Shared board can be created from External Share project settings level.

On create auto-select first found board. Allow to change board with autocomplete select input.

Keep in mind:

• Possibility to subscribe to issue (notifications)

• Possibility to search for new share type ‘board' in project/global list

• Check if board belong to project
