Error 'str' object has no attribute 'name' in Big Query provision tasks

We have some erros in this provisioning task (f15f1c05ddf24b179a3e28423401b025) on provisioning step bigquery_copy_data_old_table .
The error is Unexpected error copying data: "'str' object has no attribute 'name'" and fails the provision.
In this case we need to migrate this tenant to BQ V3, but we also saw this error log in some copy data tasks yesterday.
