[DW-VG4] Automatically black out export function if a user has no playback permission *NON-ISSUE*
Description
SYSTEM > USER > User with no playback permission can export videos.
****For example: User with no permission to channels can not export video. The option is not available and blacked out even if the user has allowed permission to export.***
Can the same functionality be added to black out export option for user with no playback permission?
