[DW-VA1G4] Can the Network Help Menu be updated to match the shared functions descriptions on [DW-VG4] Fixed

Model: DW-VA1G4.

The IP G4 network help menu has very descriptive definitions compared to the A1 G4. The functions that are the same can the descriptions be copied over to match.

Can all Help menu options be checked to match IP G4. There is a noticeable difference between the two.
