[DW-VG4] Pathfinder local side & Email Notification link change FIXED

Description

LOCAL SIDE - On A1/IP G4 systems, modify the PATHFINDER WEB LINK to the new website http://pf.mydw.cloud and change the web access request email notification link to redirect to the new website.
