[DW-VG4] POE Plugged after system is rebooted. NON-ISSUE

Model: DW-VG49

Sometimes after the system is rebooted (F/W upgrade, Factory Default, or Import Config) one of the cameras displays POE Plugged. It takes 1-3 mins before the camera is back online.

The below example camera CH3 has the default password (admin):

Camera connects within ~3 mins. This is now considered a NON-ISSUE.

It did not occurr when connected via LAN. Symptom only occurred by POE. Event is random. Does not occur after every reboot.

This same CH/Camera might relate to

VMAX-125: [DW-VG4] Black screen stuck loading Preview Search In Progress

. The symptom only occurred with that camera as well.
