[DW-VG4] IVA EVENT of CPRO cameras does not work *FIXED*

Description

It usually happens after rebooting and it works again after exchanging channels.

And once, I saw it working after deleting video loss camera on the camera management menu.

Tested channel is ch15 and the symptoms found in video are as follows :

Symptoms

Each symptom disappears after channel exchange

(0:00~) There is no IVA EVENT button

1:06~

(0:08~) EVENT is not recognized even though I moved

1:15~

(0:25~) IVA OSD is not shown in IVA EVENT Log

Camera 가 NVR에 등록된 상태에서 Camera IVA 활성화 해도 IVA로 인식 못합니다.
따라서 Camera 에서 IVA 먼저 활성화 시키준뒤 NVR에 등록해야 합니다.
> Ch Swap 및 Rebooting 시 Camera 재접속(재등록) 하면서 IVA Camera 로 인식되는 것과 같은 원리입니다.
