[DW-VG4] IVA event button missing in camera setup FIXED

Description

F/W: v1.5.3.4

Model: DW-VG49

CAMERA SETUP > IVA EVENT - button to enable IVA features is missing. IVA is enabled and event rules are set up on the camera side.

This symptom has been found on all IVA cameras on 9CH.

Below is a single example:

Camera 가 NVR에 등록된 상태에서 Camera IVA 활성화 해도 IVA로 인식 못합니다.
따라서 Camera 에서 IVA 먼저 활성화 시키준뒤 NVR에 등록해야 합니다.
> Ch Swap 및 Rebooting 시 Camera 재접속(재등록) 하면서 IVA Camera 로 인식되는 것과 같은 원리입니다.

Channel swap to another CH the IVA feature began to function normally.

After factory default it's normal.

After reboot, it disappears.
