[DW-VG4] Codec options in the camera setup menu are different on the web and local

Codec options include additionally MJPEG on the web. Only H.264 and H.265 are available on the local.

수정 사항 확인했으나 Main stream에만 적용되고 second stream은

카메라 자체셋업에서 위와 같이 MJPEG 코덱으로 변경했을 때 아래 사진(오른쪽 라인)처럼 보여집니다.
