[DW-VA1G4] The popup message 'issued successfully', why is the time wrong when generating an HTTPS certificate? Non-issue

Model: DW-VA1G44xT

NETWORK > MAINTENANCE > HTTPS/CERTIFICATES > GENERATE - Create a certificate and stop on the confirmation message. What time zone is used? Can it be changed to the system's current time zone? This symptom is also confirmed on the IP G4.

The local system time was 08:52:44
