This symptom had occurred on Mobile+ and C3 CMS with Pathfinder ID connection.

For Example, the following screenshots represent this set configuration:

LITE [on] Main (1280X1944, 20FPS, 4M) | Second Stream (720x480, 15FPS, 512K)
