[DW-VG4]Emergency Record on Web Assembly needs improvement

On Chrome/Edge/Firefox, the Emergency Record mode is only visible for CH1. CH1 displays ‘Panic!’ within 1-3 mins and then disappears. On I.E all channels display ‘EMG’ and the alert remains until the Emergency Record mode is toggled off.
