[DW-VG4] Web snapshot and email snapshot not updating

Web > Camera Management snapshot & email snapshot show ‘No Camera’. The camera’s connection type is LAN. The video below will show more detailed information on camera configuration.

[WEB] auto refresh snapshot not updating.
[WEB] manual refresh is okay.
[Email] Snapshot notify is okay.
1시간이 지나도 안되고 24시간 이후에도 안됩니다.
web menu에서 수동으로 refresh 버튼을 눌러야 갱신 됩니다.
There seems to be an issue with the auto renewal cycle. The snapshots do not refresh and will still show previous day.

원래 등록시에는 바로 Snapshot 보여지는 시나리오 인데 , 카메라에 따라 이미지 빼오는 타이밍이 있는것 같습니다.
특히 아래 같은 경우 Pathfidner 접속일때 느려지면서 Snapshot 을 갱신도 같이 느려지는 것 같습니다.
그리고, 자동 갱신주기는 1시간입니다. 수동으로 Refresh 하는 경우에도 Camera 에서 이미지를 빼오는 시간 감안해서 몇분 차이날수 있습니다.
snap shot update 주기 문의 드렸습니다.확인 부탁드립니다.
camera management 에 언급 하신 주기가 얼마 인가요?
최소한 카메라 등록시 한번은 Snap shot을 올려줘야 하지 않은지요?
The symptom also affects Pathfinder camera management snapshots not updating.
The problem is that the snapshots are not updating. The screenshot of the recorder in the email is an older image from before. I set the OSD of all cameras to display the time. I know it doesn't sync perfectly, but it should be on the same day.
오전부터 6시간 동안 9ch, 12ch DW SET에 제 메일 등록후 10분마다 Snapshot 받고 있는데 정상적으로 받아옵니다.
그리고 camera management 에서의 Snapshot은 실시간이 아닙니다.
일정주기로 Snapshot 이 갱신됩니다.
Check both recorders directly same symptom.
