[DW-VG4] Random HDD failure

F/W: v1.5.3.6

Model: DW-VG416


Randomly all of the cameras on DW-VG416 displayed “VIDEO LOSS” at the same time. (See attached video).

I check the SYSTEM STATUS page and tried checking the SYSTEM LOGS but it was empty “Damaged log recovered.”

Then when exiting all the cameras were back online. Then it happened again “VIDEO LOSS”.

Current Bandwidth limit = 1Gbps

Equipment was being moved. I had to unplug the power plug. When it came back online, it tried to format the HDD. This time it worked. Previously it stopped at 0%. HDD seems okay. I will mark it as done and monitor the system. If anything happens I will update this issue.

참고로 3월 24일 부터
16CH 에 PoE 16개 연결후 CH당 8Mbps 로 설정해서 PoE 쪽으로 Total 140~150Mbps 육박하게 해서 Aging 하고 있으나..현재까지 DW에서 발생한 문제는 발생하지 않았습니다.

다른 PC에서도 라이센스 문제가 있어서 ..
