After logging in, the live monitoring page flickers, and all functions except the top panel are unavailable.

playback → not ok

Clearing cache and browser history did not fix it.
Resetting chrome to default solved it.
I have 2 PCs where it happens, but only in the Chrome browser.

혹시 특정 PC에서 그런것인지 확인 바랍니다.
동영상을 보았을때 브라우저의 Resize가 반복되는것 같습니다.
Cleared browser data/cache symptom reproduced on both my test PCs using Chrome.
