[DW-VA1G4]Duplicate Email can be used with different upper/lower case characters Fixed

On the browser side - NETWORK > NOTIFICATIONS > EMAIL LIST - When trying to add a duplicate email address with the same case sensitivity an alert pops up. When alternating it is allowed.
