[DW-VA1G4]USER live & display permission doesn't work on web Live
Description
User menu > add or edit user > live&playback 권한을 다 체크해제 했을 때 web에서 해당 유저로 로그인 시
live 에서 여전히 영상을 볼 수 있습니다.
아래 링크된 covert 이슈와는 다르게 playback은 막힙니다.
*tested on 4ch dvr
