[VMAX IP PLUS] Incorrect Registration Status after Invalid Password [NOT REPRODUCED]

When attempting to register an IP G3 to myDW for the first time, I used an incorrect password. Despite this, the status changed to "registered." However, the device is not actually registered in myDW.

No, it hasn’t been reproduced. This issue only occurred with a faulty NVR. I have removed it from the network.

I was testing the deregistration/registration process, which involved factory resetting the unit and registering it again. Instead of using the correct password, I intentionally entered the wrong one first. The very first attempt, the unit still showed as registered (which could not be reproduced). I repeated the test by entering the incorrect password first, followed by the correct one, and then checked the status in myDW. Occasionally, entering the wrong password would display an incorrect message (screenshot#3), and sometimes entering the correct password would result in a different message (screenshot#2). The behavior seemed random.

@FOCUS_JH @Paul S. KimI understand the confusion and the challenges in reproducing this issue. The recorder intermittently displays an incorrect registration status in myDW. When the ticket was initially created, the recorder appeared as "Registered" in myDW despite using incorrect credentials, even though it wasn't actually registered. The problem continues with inconsistent results: sometimes Most of the time the recorder functions correctly and shows "Invalid Credentials," while at other times it displays an "Invalid Org" error. Given these inconsistencies, I would expect that testing with a larger batch of recorders may result in more registration failures, though I am unable to confirm as I only have one unit for testing.

@Brandon Krebs FOCUS QA team is confused.
The problem you mentioned in the Description is different from the problem in the Comment below.
Please tell them the exact problem and the test procedure.
If it is a different problem, please create another issue.

초기화후 등록 성공했고, 첫번째 시도는 실패 했다라는 내용이 이전 언급한 내용과 달라서 이해가 안됩니다.
원래이슈는 잘못된 비밀번호를 사용해서 첫번째 등록 Fail되고, 다시 MyDW Cloud 메뉴 진입했더니 등록이 된것처럼 보인다...라고 이해했습니다.

@FOCUS_JH 정 팀장님. 보통은 미국에서 myDW 관련된 이슈가 있으면 분당 연구소에서 재현하여 이슈를 검토합니다. 그런데 분당 연구소에 VMAX IP G3가 없어서 시험을 못하여 일단 검토를 의뢰합니다. 재현되셔서 Agent 쪽 확인이 필요하시다면 텔넷 제공해 주시면 Agent 개발자가 확인하도록 하겠습니다.
