[RECORDERS] VMAX DVR app link - no user

VMAX 10/181 & Later - EACM8384

Recorder list > vmax a1 g4 > APP - When clicking on the app link for the VMAX A1 G4, C3 CMS initially displays “Video In” and then eventually transitions to “No user”.
