NVR이 아닌 DVR 장비에서 다음 현상이 발생하고 있습니다.
Following issue is occurring only in DVRs, not NVRs.
장비의 UI에서 system log를 조회하면 2건의 로그인 기록이 조회되지만,
/api/getEvents API를 호출하면 logInOut 이벤트가 누락되어 있습니다.
(그 주변 시간대의 다른 event는 API에서도 잘 리턴되고 있습니다.)
There are two Log-in events shown in the event log list, when looked up with the UI of the recorder.
However, the “logInOut” events are not included when event logs are collected with /api/getEvents REST API.
(Other events around that time are returned correctly.)
eventType=logInOut 필터를 주었을 때에는 시간 범위를 아무리 넓게 해도(000 ~ 현재 시간)
event가 빈 array로 리턴됩니다.
When “eventType=logInOut” filter is added, only an empty array is returned,
regardless of how long period is given.

@Paul S. Kim 1.0.13.19는 오타 인듯 하고, 1.0.13.9 이후니깐.. 현재 저희가 릴리즈 준비하고 있는 1.0.13.10 부터 반영된다는 의미입니다.
@External Share for Jira @FOCUS_JH logInOut Event type을 지원하는 A1 G4 버전이 v1.0.13.19 라는 말씀이신가요? (그 버전을 다운 받을 수 있는지요?)
저희가 최종 시험한 버전은 v1.0.13.9에서 시험했고, 동일하게 해당 Event 받지 못했습니다.
버전 포함해서 다시 한번 검토하셔서 답변 부탁드립니다.
아래 이슈는 확인 후 수정 완료하였습니다.
v1.0.13.19 이후 F/W에 포함되어 배포됩니다.

@FOCUS_JH VMAX A1 G4에서 web log에는 logInOut 이벤트가 있는데 API에는 없다고 합니다.
VMAX IP G4와 비교해서 /api/getEvents API의 logInOut 이벤트 검토 부탁드립니다.
(VMAX IP G4는 문제가 없습니다.)

It accumulates from the time of registration.
It is easier for developers to debug if you tell them which organization and which recorder.
