[DW-VP12 | DW-VG4] Unable to change division after using drag-and-drop in 4 or 9 division modes *current spec, no change required*

Summary:
When the display division mode is set to 4 or 9, and the user configures cameras using the drag-and-drop method, it becomes impossible to change the division mode afterward. The user must exit the current screen and manually switch the division mode from the main interface.
Steps to Reproduce:

Set the display division mode to 4 or 9.

Use drag-and-drop to assign cameras to the layout.

Attempt to change the division mode to 12.
Expected Behavior:
Similar if left in Division 1CH. The screen should automatically adjust to display all CHs.
