[DW-VA1G4] E-mail Notify not working

VA1G44xT | F/W: 1.0.13.11
Summary: VMAX e-mail test is giving “e-mail test success” message locally with the following configuration but I am not getting any email test alerts.
Checked on smtper.net to see if I was able to get e-mail notifications and the test on was successful:
Also tried to default the VMAX but same result; e-mail test success locally but no e-mail is received.
Additionally, sending an e-mail from the health check shows “e-mail has been sent” message but no e-mail is received either.

내부적으로 office365 SMTP 로 확인해 봤는데..DVR 뿐 아니라 NVR 도 SMTP 2단계 인증에도 통과하지 못하는 것으로 확인되어 , 연구소에서 추가 확인 중입니다.
일단 TLS 가 아닌 START TLS 암호화로 변경된 이후로 인증에 통과하지 못하는 것 같습니다.
YAHOO 도 또 다른 방식의 SMTP 방식이라 이 또한 검토가 필요할것으로 보이니, 수정되기 전 까지는
Google SMTP 로 사용 권장합니다.
사설 SMTP 같은 경우 보안문제로 일반 비밀번호로는 안되고,
2단계 인증후 생성한 앱비밀번호로 외부 SMTP 로그인되게 되어있습니다.
저희쪽 구글 SMTP 도 2단계 인증후 앱 비밀번호로 동작되는 것입니다.
*해당 SMTP 의 2단계 인증 후 앱 비밀번호 시나리오로 로그인하는 것인지 확인 바랍니다.
We turned off SSL option but it shows the “E-mail Test Failure” on the pop-up.
Tested with a Yahoo and Outlook SMTP server.
저희쪽에서는 구글 SMTP 서버 (SSL - 465) 사용시 정상 동작됩니다.
TLS (587)인경우 설정에서 SSL 옵션을 OFF 해보시기 바랍니다.
