[spotmod] Screen frozen (menu and osd not accessible or visible)

SPOTMOD FW: 1.6.0.8
Summary: Strange occurrance where the system locked up. Video streams were playing but the menu wasn’t accessible and the OSD disappeared. Pulled power to resolve it.
